1. Business Verification

  • Sellers must be legitimate businesses (manufacturer, wholesaler, or trading company)

  • Required documents: business license, company address, and trade contact details

  • Unverified listings may be hidden or suspended

2. Product Listings

  • Products must be described accurately with specs, MOQ, and pricing

  • Images must reflect the actual product

  • No counterfeit, restricted, or illegal items

  • Listings must comply with international import/export laws

3. Communication Requirements

  • Sellers must respond to buyer inquiries within 48 hours

  • BaloTrade encourages sellers to maintain professional tone and detailed quotes

4. Order Fulfillment

  • Sellers must ship goods within the promised lead time

  • Tracking numbers and commercial invoices must be provided (if applicable)

5. Handling Disputes and Returns

  • Sellers must cooperate in good faith with any valid return or refund claim

  • BaloTrade’s dispute resolution decision is final and binding if escalated

6. Marketplace Conduct

  • No solicitation for off-platform payments or transactions

  • No fake pricing, duplicate listings, or false claims

  • Abuse, spam, or fraud will result in immediate suspension

Policy Violations May Lead To:

  • Product listing takedown

  • Temporary or permanent account suspension

  • Legal action in cases of fraud, counterfeit, or export violations
