The company's core product is trichlorosilicon, which itself serves as the raw material for the company's electronic-grade dichlorodihydrosilicon, electronic-grade trichlorosilicon, and silane coupling agent intermediates, while the ordinary silicon tetrachloride output from the production system serves as the raw material for the production of high-purity silicon tetrachloride.
After purification of high purity silicon tetrachloride products, the tailing silicon tetrachloride is used for the production of pyrogenic silica.
The production of potassium hydroxide and potassium sulfate is used for the production of fumed silica. The by-products of potassium hydroxide and potassium sulphate production system, hydrogen chloride, are used as raw materials for trichlorohydrosilicon products, realizing the internal supply of hydrogen chloride for trichlorohydrosilicon production.
All materials in the recirculation system are transported directly to the production systems through pipelines, which reduces transportation costs and at the same time ensures the quality and timely supply of raw materials.
